  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, ProStrip is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in locating your order.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
